Booking terms

Your seat is held for 24 hours after you reserve online. Pay the deposit of EGP 15,000 per person within that time to keep it.

Pay the rest of the price by the due date shown on the trip page. You can split it into two payments before that date.

We confirm every payment on WhatsApp with your booking number.

We file your Georgian e-visa with the documents you send us. If the visa is refused, we refund everything you paid except the visa fee.

You get the security pass from the passports office in Abbasiya, and the travel permit from the recruitment office if you need one. We send you the exact steps.

Your passport must be valid for at least 3 months after the trip ends.

30 days or more before departure: we refund everything except EGP 3,000 per person.

15 to 29 days before departure: we refund 50% of the total price.

Less than 15 days before departure: no refund. You can give your seat to someone else for free if their papers are ready in time.

Each trip needs at least 8 travellers. If fewer book, we cancel and refund everything you paid.

Weather, closed roads or holiday hours can change the order of the days. When a visit cannot happen, we replace it with a similar one.

Flight times follow the airline. If the airline changes them, we tell you on WhatsApp.

We use your name, phone and email only to run your booking: visa, flights, hotel, insurance and messages about your trip. We do not sell or share them for advertising.
